ALL PROCEEDS of this song will be donated to the Apache Stronghold to defend Chi'chil Biłdagoteel (Oak Flat) in so-called Arizona. (More Info Below):

Oak Flat, called Chi'chil Biłdagoteel by the Apache People, is a sacred site where they performed ceremonies, gathered food and medicinal plants, buried their dead, before they were removed by the US government to the San Carlos Reservation.

Resolution Copper, a subsidiary of two giant, foreign mining companies seeks to mine copper starting 7,000 feet below the surface Oak Flat/ Chich’il Bildagoteel. In 2014 Congress agreed to transfer Oak Flat into Resolution’s private control, exempting it from federal laws protecting
religiously, culturally, anthropologically and environmentally significant sites. A reduced environmental study is currently underway. But, as it stands, Resolution Copper will take possession and will mine the site regardless of the study’s results. That hasn’t happened yet, so we must SAVE OAK FLAT! and YOU CAN HELP. The courts will make a decision no later than Feb. 12th. Keep an eye out and support Indigenous Resistance!
